This guide will show you how to set up a special discount campaign for your entire store. These campaigns are perfect for events like Black Friday, Mother’s Day, or other special sales periods. They have a fixed start and end date, creating real urgency for your customers.
All the campaign elements you customize (like the popup, product page box, and cart element) are designed to blend perfectly with your store. They will automatically use the same fonts as your store’s theme. This makes the campaign feel like a native, trustworthy part of your website, creating a better experience for your customers.
Here is a simple, step-by-step process.
First, open the Growth Suite app in your Shopify admin panel. Click on “Campaigns” in the left menu. On the page that opens, click the “New Campaign” button in the top right corner. A box will appear on the screen for you to choose the “Campaign Type“. Select the “Storewide Campaign” box from there.
On this page, you will see “Campaign Name” and “Description” fields. These fields are for you to remember the campaign later and will not be seen by your customers. You can fill them out however you like. The goal is to make it easy to remember the campaign in the future.
This is a very important step. You must choose the exact start and end dates and times for your campaign.
This ensures that the offer is truly limited-time and expires automatically when the event is over.
For store-wide campaigns, Growth Suite creates a percentage-based automatic discount in Shopify. This means you don’t need a special code. The discount will be applied automatically at checkout for all eligible customers.
You will need to set up the discount details:
During the campaign, a countdown timer will be visible in your store. When a customer clicks on this timer, a popup will open. In this step, you will customize the appearance of that popup.
Growth Suite will add a special box to your product pages to show the campaign offer. You can customize how this box looks. There are two design options to choose from:

After you have checked all the settings, save and activate your campaign.
Once the scheduled start time arrives, the campaign will automatically begin. The countdown timer will appear in your store, and the automatic discount will be ready for your customers at checkout. When the end date is reached, the campaign will stop by itself.
That’s it! You have successfully created a store-wide campaign that creates excitement and drives sales for a specific event.
